Delete your account and data

You can delete your Guilietta account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

In the app (recommended)

Open Guilietta and go to Profile → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

·Confirm by typing DELETE
·Deletion runs instantly

By email

If you can't access the app, email us from your registered email address at hey@guilietta.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

All your personal information is deleted, including:

·Profile and account data
·Emergency contacts
·Conversation analysis history
·Trip and location data
·Safety map reports

What we keep and for how long

For legal and security obligations, some records are kept for a limited time after deletion:

·Account data: up to 30 days after deletion (recovery and legal obligations).
·Audit logs: 1 year from the event.
·Payment data: managed by Stripe per its retention policy.
