Data usage

Location

Only if you enable it. Your real-time location is shared only with your emergency contacts during the trip. Trip data is retained for up to 90 days after the trip ends and is then deleted, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Conversations

When you analyze a text, we process the content ephemerally with artificial intelligence. We only store a brief excerpt as a reference, never the full conversation.

Reports

Reports on the safety map can be anonymous. You decide whether to share your identity when reporting an incident. When you choose to publish a report identified on the safety map, that information may be visible to other users. If you prefer not to reveal your identity, use the anonymous report option.

Digital footprint

When you scan your digital exposure, results are processed and stored securely. You can delete them at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Guilietta never stores or has access to full credit card data. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

Control from your device

You can control location and push notifications directly from your device or operating system settings, in addition to the consents inside the app. If you turn off location, some features such as safe travel will not be available.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You can exercise your rights over your data at any time:

• ·Access: request what data we hold about you.
• ·Rectification: correct inaccurate data from your profile.
• ·Erasure: delete your account and your data.
• ·Portability: receive a copy of your data in a structured format.
• ·Objection and withdrawal: deactivate consents from your profile.

In the Latin American countries where we operate, these correspond to the ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection). To exercise them, write to hey@guilietta.com. We respond within a maximum of 45 days.
